All of the ingredients are carefully prepared and may be the most delicious chirashi sushi I've ever eaten. [Chawanmushi] 500 yen A masterpiece. The mellow and strong dashi soup is very effective and very delicious. It also contains yuzu and is a great way to use it. [Tosaage] Bonito is the best. It's oily, but that's good. I like chirashi sushi, but I've been curious about Okayama's bara sushi for a while. I did some research and ended up here. The store is located in the middle of the entertainment district, which was a bit of a surprise. In Osaka, it would be like a sushi restaurant in Kitashinchi. It's quite a gorgeous shop. I was planning to have loose sushi, but I heard that the rose sushi doesn't have much sashimi on it, so I ended up ordering the special chirashi. Actually, I was a little nervous as there were no photos available, but as soon as I opened the lid of the bowl that was delivered to me, I couldn't help but smile. The presentation was more beautiful than the chirashi of a certain sushi restaurant in Osaka that I love. The taste was amazing, the sashimi was gorgeous, and I thought 3,000 yen was a pretty good value for money. It's not that easy to get to from Osaka, but I definitely want to go there again.

I visited for lunch! It was a great value for money lunch 😊 I will visit again.
