Lately, when it comes to sushi, this is the only place I go. As I was lining up before the store opened, I struck up a friendship with a couple of ladies in front of me, and as I was chatting with them, they discovered they were coming from Saidaiji Temple.I asked them, ``There are several Iwaei in Okayama, so why come all this way?'' I was told that the ingredients here are the best, and the staff who handles the dishes are also very good. I don't know if it varies from restaurant to restaurant, but for popular weekday lunches, there are quite a few lines before the restaurant opens. On the other hand, on Saturdays and Sundays when there is no lunch, there are not so many lines.

Iwaei's quality sets it apart from other reasonably priced conveyor belt sushi restaurants. Everything was excellent. Used to use a premium meal ticket. We also had sea urchin and eel here. The eel is large, and the various types of salmon have an elegant taste. The price is high, but it is worth eating.

The material is fresh, big and makes you feel happy. It's the best value for money, but there's a wait even if you arrive at 1pm (Sunday). Please come when you have free time.
