The owner runs the tsukeba all by himself, so it seems that the food is slow to come out during busy times, but the ingredients are still delicious and the restaurant has a good atmosphere. We had a rare menu called mackerel karasumi for sake ate, but it was as delicious as the mullet karasumi. There are many types of Japanese sake, and it's nice to have a restaurant where you can enjoy both food and alcohol. The price is reasonable and you can sit at the counter and eat.
