My favorite sushi restaurant in Kurashiki. It's usually a counter, but on this day I went to a private room on the second floor because it was a dinner. Personally, it's a pity that there is no horigotatsu and only a tatami room, but it's spacious so you can enjoy your meal slowly. The ingredients are large, but it's a sushi that feels well-balanced. The sushi is delicious, but the course items such as vinegared and ponzu mantis shrimp, abalone used in salt water, pike conger, and sautéed tiragi shellfish are also very delicious. The sushi was also very delicious, such as toro and crispy shrimp, and the clear clam soup at the end was also the best.
