Kosai, Shizuoka, Japan｜Sushi Matsu

A shop I visited on a trip to Lake Hamana. The sashimi is exquisite, rather than fresh, it feels like a perfect time to eat! ️ Sushi is eaten in a unique style with a unique sauce, but it goes well with strong vinegar rice! ️ The other single dishes were also very delicious and the bill was reasonable. In addition, it is a homely shop where you can get along with the locals, and I would like to visit the next time I come to Hamamatsu.

I used it for lunch. I arrived a little earlier than the store opened, but they welcomed me warmly. I ordered the top nigiri (with teriyaki and wasabi), and all of the toppings were delicious and satisfying. Both the owner and the proprietress were very nice to us at first glance, and it was a restaurant that I would like to come back to again (^^)

I had the regular nigiri with plum shiso rolls, and it was delicious. The sauce is sweet, but that's good.
