It's been several years since my friends have told me to come visit, but this was my first visit. This time, I ordered the ``rose scattering top'' for lunch. There was lean tuna, medium fatty tuna, squid, salmon, kelp with roe, eggs, and several other things on top of vinegared rice. There was sauce on it from the beginning, and there was wasabi on a separate plate, but it wasn't like other restaurants where they add the wasabi to the soy sauce. When I asked the owner, he said he couldn't make this sauce without fresh conger eel. This barasaki is very delicious, the vinegared rice and sauce have a good balance, and there is no fishy smell that is typical of fish, so it is simply amazing. In the fish tank, there were Dorman crabs from Lake Hamana and conger eel, which are so thick that you rarely see them these days. I would love to visit you again. I really enjoyed talking with the shop owner. If you are having lunch, please eat at the counter. The price for the roses was 1980 yen. Lunch also includes coffee. There is a small raised area and sliding doors, so it is a good choice for those who want to protect their privacy.
