This is a sushi restaurant with many items that show the chef's commitment. (I'm not very good at raw fish, so my tastes at sushi restaurants tend to lean towards alcohol and side dishes.) This restaurant has a large selection of junmai sake, and the a la carte dishes also include homemade dried fish and a variety of other dishes. You can enjoy delicious and carefully prepared fish and shellfish. The overnight dried tiger prawns are especially delicious! He also regularly goes to the mountains to fetch water for cooking rice. Although the general is supposed to be very picky and stubborn, he is actually a very gentle and humble person. I think it's a really great store. It goes without saying that the sushi is delicious.

To be honest, I recommend it. This time I went for lunch, but considering it's a sushi restaurant where you don't go around, the cost performance is good. This time, I was interested in the "Tororodon" on the lunch menu, so I tried it. Tororo and tuna on vinegared rice. Looking around, it seems like they have a variety of Japanese sake as well. There are various labels attached and the atmosphere is nice. Have a drink at a sushi restaurant and take some folded food home as a souvenir. That's nice, isn't it?

It was my first time visiting. It was 5 minutes before the opening, but they were offering Noren, so was it ok? When I called out to him, he happily agreed. A sushi restaurant that hasn't been around for a long time, and I was nervous because it was my first counter, but it was a fun lunch with the deliciousness of the sushi and the warm customer service of the couple. Of course the sushi was delicious! It's fresh, and I was able to discover new flavors by eating it this way. The final dish, Sabikan, was too spicy for me, but the sweetness and deliciousness within the spiciness made it addictive. I thought I'd like to try TKG, but it was included in the standing lunch I ordered, and I thought it was an egg! It was interesting to be betrayed in a good way. There are other lunch menus, but definitely a stand-up lunch. I'm in the neighborhood so I'll definitely visit again. If I have a chance, I would like to go there at night too! I'm looking forward to going again.
