I want to eat fluffy eggs. There are two gravel parking lots in front of the store. A sushi restaurant run by an elderly couple. Visited around 13:00 on weekdays. I ordered a fluffy set and a kappa roll. The long-awaited fluffy egg is in the seat for about 15 minutes. Beneath the slightly sweet meringue egg is a solid dashi stock. When you take a bite, it has a strange texture and a strange taste...I wonder what it is...I imagined it to be like chawanmushi, but it's completely different. Considering the ingredients used, it's not completely different, but if you eat it with steamed rice bowls, it feels strange. Of course. It's a completely different dish. Egg fluffy is egg fluffy. Never any other food. And the egg fluffy is delicious. The sushi that the general holds is also good. Kappa rolls are also stable. Above all, it was a good store where the personality of the owner and his wife was reflected in the atmosphere of the store.

It was introduced on a TV program, so I immediately went to see it for dinner. I ordered the fluffy set of chirashi sushi and waited 10 minutes for the bowl to arrive. The egg fluffy dish literally had dashi soup underneath the fluffy egg and was really delicious. The nigiri sushi and chirashi sushi were also very delicious, with large toppings and well-seasoned sushi rice. Furthermore, the host/landlady was very friendly and I found a restaurant that I would like to visit again.

I came here for lunch around 11 o'clock when I visited Shizuoka. The couple's friendliness and the restaurant's atmosphere were nice and I was able to have a relaxing meal. I received the fluffy set, and the fluffy egg was slightly sweet and warmed my body. The sushi has thick toppings and is very delicious!
