Although it was my first time there, I realized that the store has been loved by many people for many years due to the friendly nature of the owner. The omakase course was 3000 yen. 15 kan came out. Of course, they only purchase fresh, natural ingredients. I heard that the owner has been at the store for 34 years, so he is a veteran. The restaurant has been in business for 54 years, counting from his father's generation, so it's no wonder that it's been around for so many years. I was impressed by the way the owner was keeping an eye on the whole thing, calling out to everyone in turn and being attentive. This sushi restaurant is very kind to everyone. You can eat fresh and natural sushi. Chef’s selected course is 3000yen. We can eat about 15 kinds of sushi. Chef is friendly. He is working as chef(also owner) about 34 years.

Anyway, the general is great! There's a standing sushi restaurant near my house that I've been going to often since I was little. It was a place I really loved, and I loved the general and his wife there. Conveyor belt sushi restaurants have become mainstream these days, but I really want to find a sushi restaurant with a wonderful chef like this in my living area.
