This area is well known in Japan for Sakura Ebi. Many restaurants serve Sakura Ebi menu, and this one is the greatest. For muslim, they also can provide Halal meals, and place for prayer. The Ebi is so fresh with Tuna Sashimi, Wasabi, ginger and rice. Halal Food in Shizuoka.

Muslim-friendly sushi-ya run directly by the owner. They have gluten free and halal certificate for all menu and also provide prayer room at the 2nd floor. They serve very fresh sashimi with a great taste. In addition, they sell several kind of souvenirs with reasonable price.

I had the Sakura Shrimp Kakiage at several other restaurants, but I ended up regretting eating it at Yamashichi. Mr. Yamashichi's kakiage was very delicious, with a very light batter and a strong flavor of sakura shrimp.
