The red vinegar is not as strong as I expected and has a slight fragrance. The cost performance is excellent and I am very satisfied.

I went there with an introduction from a friend. I was full with the sashimi platter, chawanmushi, and omakase nigiri. The red rice sushi leaves a nice aftertaste and is delicious.

It was my first time to have red shari and it was delicious.
