The whole experience was fantastic! The food was fresh and prepared in front of us. The hosts were very accommodating of our limited Japanese language skills. There isn't a menu here, but rather the host will prepare courses of sashimi and nigiri that are paired perfectly. Each course was delicious! The best Japanese seafood we've ever had!

Basically, it's up to the chef to match the toppings of the day, from starters to sashimi and nigiri sushi. The thoughtfulness of the general and his wife, who listened to what they liked and disliked while enjoying a lively conversation, was very comfortable, and the regulars also understood that. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, sake, and whiskey. When my wife ordered Japanese sake, she got Hokusetsu Daiginjo. There is a solid reason for the selection of sake, and I am very grateful that it is important to match it with the meal. For the tsukidashi, horse mackerel sashimi topped with wasabi stalks and kombu seaweed with ponzu sauce, as well as appetizers that exquisitely combine the flavor of the ingredients with a little effort are very delicious. All the nigiri were Edomae-style sushi that took a lot of effort, and everything was really delicious. The prices are not cheap, but this is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and sushi served by a skilled chef, as well as sake from a connoisseur. Open from 17:00 to 22:00 to 23:00. The regular holiday is Monday. Next time I want to drink Hakushu 12 years.
