Very good

I went to that store for the first time. I was able to get more satisfaction than I expected. I would definitely like to visit again when I visit Kofu. During my stay of about 2 hours, I was able to summarize the following characteristics. ・The personality of the owner is wonderful. ・The owner is a former sushi chef in Ginza. ・There are about 20 to 30 types of Kofu wine that go well with sushi. ・You can enjoy sushi aged for one week. ・It seems that celebrities will also visit. ・About 3 groups of customers can be accommodated only at the counter seats (maximum of about 10 people). ・Because you can see your husband's hand from the counter, you can feel safe. I don't like the texture of the bones of conger eel, but for the first time, I was able to eat it deliciously. I also sampled aged tuna, and I was blown away by how delicious it was!

[Spring 2021] I came to Yamanashi after chasing cherry blossoms. After admiring the Jinroku cherry blossoms of Katsunuma Budokyo, we headed for Kofu. This is Fukuzushi for the first time in half a year. Today's push is roast beef. It seems that Fukuzushi's boiled soy sauce is carefully cooked at a low temperature. Red wine beef is marinated in soy sauce and cooked, so there is no smell at all, and the inside retains the color of raw meat, and the flavor is soaked in. We also had a luxurious sea urchin on board. It is a gem that goes well with red wine and Japanese sake. [Fall 2020] I came to Kofu after a long absence. If you come to Kofu, you must visit Fukuzushi. It was a sudden visit, but we were welcomed. everywhere... Of course Kofu too... It's hard with corona. But as expected of Fukuzushi. I was doing my best, including delivery, even in the corona misfortune. We recommend Chirashi Sushi, which uses seasonal ingredients. Like this. I was a little slanted. Special flyer sushi. In addition to seafood, it also contains plenty of aged duck meat, sea urchin, and salmon roe. looks delicious. Crab miso as usual. and 98 Winery Frost (SOU). Yamanashi wine is one of my favorites recently. The nigiri is conger eel. Of course, the boiled conger eel was also delicious. Conger eel sashimi nigiri is the best❗️ It's a little chewy and not hard for that, but it's the first time I've eaten it, but it's insanely delicious. And amberjack aged for a week. Furthermore, grilled amberjack. Why do you want to bake? It seems to dissolve the flavor. I see. it's the best. The accent garlic is doing a good job. The final sea urchin. I would like to change the name, but the special roast beef is topped with sea urchins. it's the best. Here was the real deal. Duck meat topped with a special cheese shaved sushi. It is said that naming is being recruited. This duck meat is called foie gras duck and is called magret canard fillet. I proposed that this name of duck meat should be combined with the Italian word formaggio, which means cheese, and that it would be Magreformaggio. I dared to give it a name that doesn't look like a sushi restaurant. Today was another great day. [Winter 2019] It's been a long time since I visited. I visit regularly. It is a wonderful shop that sticks to the Yamanashi brand and has a lot of originality. Today's specialty is... Grilled monkfish liver, pickled botan shrimp, and duck (duck meat: magret canard). It's so delicious. (o^^o) The duck meat is also carefully cooked, and only the skin is roasted to remove the appropriate amount of oil. delicious. *\(^o^)/* <after that…> How many times have you been since your first visit in 2014? Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. [Spring 2014] I came to Kofu after a long time. It seems that the heavy snow was hard. I headed to "Sushidokoro Sakura", which I found when I visited last time, but unfortunately it was full. So I went to Fukuzushi, which is on the same street as Sakura. It is a shop with about 8 seats at the counter and a small rise in the back. Speaking of Yamanashi, I thought it would be boiled abalone, but unfortunately there was no abalone. However, what came out instead was the simmered chanbara mussel that I ate in Kochi. This was really delicious. Cooked mussels, such as grilled northern mussels made into soup, and grilled mussel-like shellfish, are dishes that take a lot of time and effort to create a higher-grade taste. It was wonderful to see that the cellar had a lot of Koshu wine, which has been gaining popularity recently. (see photo) As for the last nigiri, I handed it to him because he was holding it so softly that it would fall apart with chopsticks. It's a very interesting shop. Please come and visit us. #sushi #Sushi Shop #Kofu #fukuzushi #blessings come #Duck meat
