I had a special nigiri for lunch. For someone like me, who has never eaten authentic sushi, Kirin's shari was impressive. I felt that there was a sense of unity in the nigiri with the rice that gently snuggled up to the toppings. Of course, all the toppings are fresh, and the addition of creativity makes the taste even richer. It was a very satisfying lunch. I'm going to try the omakase course next time.

The shop I wanted to visit most in Akashi. It has a particularly atmospheric appearance in the Uonotana Shopping Arcade. The interior of the restaurant has a bright and calm atmosphere, and the impression is that you want to use it for dinner with a small number of people or for a date. All of the course dishes were fresh, delicious, reasonably priced and satisfying. In particular, the texture of the octopus made it a memorable meal even though it was my first time experiencing it. I visited as a family with my elementary school-aged children, and thanks to the fast-paced delivery of the food, we were able to have a fun time together as a family without getting bored.
