I love this little sushi heaven in Suma. The sushi master remembers my group and our regular orders even though we only go about 4 times a year for lunch. I wish I could make it into his dinner time reservations. Note: I have a Japanese speaking friend that helps me here.

I took out the top nigiri for 1200 yen. It was well received that the thick rolled eggs were large and delicious. It was cut so thin that I could barely fit it in one bite, so it was easy to eat. (My grandmother ate it in two bites.) The boiled conger eel was soft and the grilled conger eel was fragrant and simply delicious.

I've been there several times. It's so delicious! Excellent freshness! The cost performance is also perfect! The sake is also delicious!
