I like this place so much that I didnt want to review for it to remain something of a hidden gem. This place is not tourist friendly, so if you want english menu with pictures, stay away--theres no english in this sushi bar. Also, if you cant take wasabi, stay away--it can get really spicy at times. If you dont know how to 'properly' eat sushi, stay away--youre disrepecting the chefs. However, if you fancy a really authentic and soulful sushi, youll find it here. The chefs are so respectful and dedicated towards their art of making sushi, and each pieces they make for you is just sublime. Hands down the best sushi Ive had in my life! Loved it so much that I returned for my last meal in Kobe. The best.

Great sushi. Just ask for a recommendation. Nigiri was great. No English menu but they can give you a standard sushi menu.

Entered into eating sushi by accident I chatted with the boss and customers in broken Japanese I was served chawanmushi, sushi and oolong tea by the guests at the next table ありがとうございます
