By the time I arrived at 7am in the morning, I had decided to be brave and buy something and take it home. However, the problem is that it opens a little late, around 11:15, but we persevere. I wandered over there, wandered over here, and when I came back around 10:30, the line had started to line up. Now that it's open, I really want to eat grilled mackerel sushi. I bought 2 bottles and 1 sushi roll. Can you tell how thick the mackerel is? Refreshing vinegared rice, chewy and delicious.

I took out grilled mackerel sushi. It seems to be a very popular store that requires reservations, but I was able to get it at the same time as the store opened. I took it with me for a while and ate it later on the Shinkansen, but it was still fresh and delicious.
