The restaurant has been in business for about 45 years, and the name Kazuyuki comes from the name of the owner, Kazuo, and his older sister, Sachiko. There are 10 seats at the counter and a Japanese-style room in the back, but I made a reservation over the phone. There's no menu, just omakase until you say stop.
