Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, Japan｜小次郎 紀乃寿司

I went to Kojiro Kino Sushi, a warm Japanese and sweets shop in the Hatsukaichi Miyazono housing complex, for my mother-in-law's anniversary. The sushi and dishes prepared by Mr. Ita were plentiful, and the cakes were also abundant, making it a very nice anniversary. It was a good restaurant that I wanted to use for an anniversary with my family.

Since Mr. Kojiro Kino Sushi opened a shop in Miyazono Danchi, I have visited him several times a year. The sushi and dishes made by the master are truly delicious, as you can see from the reviews, but we also have some hidden gems, including the sweets made by his wife. It's absolutely delicious and has become my new favorite. Not only is it beautiful in appearance and shape, but it is also delicious because it uses creamy fresh cream that is not too sweet. This year I had a whole cake prepared for my birthday for the first time, and my family loved it. The shortcake and long cream puffs you bought me yesterday instead of chocolate for Valentine's Day were also delicious. From what I hear, it seems that they are open during the day as a cafe without even taking a lunch break, so if you are in the area, why not feel free to stop by?

It's a sushi restaurant, but they serve tea. Probably outside of lunch time. The cake was very delicious. Baked sweets also have no additives or preservatives, so you can safely give them as gifts. Next time, I would like to try the sushi as well.
