Hiroshima, Japan｜Sushiyukan Ujinaten

Preface here is after my 3rd visit. LOVE this place. Changing from 4 to 5 stars. We've tried several new spots lately and this kaiten beats them all. Chef remembered our orders from previous visit. You must try the grilled eggplant sushi. Yum! Went to this sushi restaurant because the sushi down the street was too crowded. We are glad that we went. The egg plant sushi was GREAT. Service was good, quick, and friendly. Prices were pretty good, they ranged from 130 yen for the least expensive choices which are mostly what we eat - kappa and shinko maki, eggplant, natto, inari, etc. There was one interesting piece I've never seen before, Onion Sushi "Ao Negi." I think it was green onion sprouts top with a drop of plum paste on rice wrapped with a piece of seaweed. It was 380 yen for 2 pieces, but wow, it was REALLY tasty. I will definitely go back to this restaurant. In the Fresta Parking lot in Dejima. Plenty of free parking.

Loved the sushi

It's expensive for a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but it's very delicious, so I think it's totally worth it.
