Gifu, Japan｜Sushiyoshi

I happened to pass by the Sunday Building Market and had a sushi set for lunch. It was my first time, but I was very kind, and I had a great time talking with the owner. The shiitake mushrooms had a strong taste, but it was not spicy and was exquisite. Next time, I would like to have everyone's recommended mackerel.

I've been visiting you for about 5 years now. The ingredients are fresh and the sashimi is delicious. Shiitake mushroom nigiri is on the menu. It's thick and delicious with shiitake mushrooms. Please try it once and see.
