What would you like to eat for your son who suddenly returned home from Tokyo? When I asked him about it, he said he wanted to try sushi for the first time, so I took out the best sushi, Take. The sushi here is big and fresh. It's really delicious no matter when you eat it. When my family has something to celebrate, we always eat sushi from Shimazato Branch. I made a reservation and came to the store on a different day. It was a Saturday so it was full. I think reservations are required on Saturdays and Sundays. When I ordered bamboo sushi, it came with red soup stock and melon. We also ordered raw jellyfish and chawanmushi. The raw jellyfish was crunchy, thick, and delicious. Chawanmushi is really delicious. The chawanmushi here is more delicious than any other restaurant.

If you're lucky, you'll be able to eat domestically produced red bean liver. Raw milt was also served on this day. All the ingredients are delicious because they were purchased with the owner's approval.
