Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan｜Yasuke

A popular restaurant serving sushi for lunch. There is a spacious parking lot, and the restaurant has private rooms where you can take off your shoes, counter seats, and table seats. The first time I visited without a reservation in the spring, I waited long enough to take a walk along the Oegawa River to view the cherry blossoms. At that time, I was impressed to see the owner, who appeared to be quite old, working closely on the sushi at the counter. This time, we made a reservation for 4 adults at 12 noon on New Year's Day. Since it was New Year's Day, I received the 2,500 yen "Happy 11 Pieces" (medium fatty tuna, snow crab, raw sea urchin, and salmon roe) and chawanmushi. Everything was very delicious ^^ I would like to use it again when I go to Ichinomiya. Thank you for the meal. P.S.: I took my elderly mother and daughter, who was on her way home, to have ``recommended omakase nigiri'' and chawanmushi on a night in the second half of Golden Week. All 11 pieces of freshly made kanji were very delicious, but the freshly grilled conger eel with its fragrant aroma was especially delicious. I recommend the omakase nigiri (3300 yen) ^^

Used for lunch. Evaluation includes price. Cospa was amazing. Looking at the reviews, it seems that there are many cases where the usage scene is firm and the expected value is high. For regular users, I think it would be better to add 0.3 to 0.5 stars when comparing with other nearby stores. At least for lunch, there is no complaint at this price and place. I will try it at night. On this day, natural yellowtail teriyaki and sushi were delicious. Inari sushi and egg-like toppings that require skill are also delicious. Salad and miso soup are free to refill, but I was satisfied with the amount, so I didn't refill. Shari may have different tastes.

I used to take care of it, and I wanted to eat it for the first time in a while, so I had it delivered to a nearby night shop. Not only the taste of sushi, but also the garlic and soy sauce were original and delicious. I only go back to my hometown every time I go to Tokyo, but I think it's the most delicious in Ichinomiya.
