A restaurant that every sushi lover should visit! It seems to be a reservation-only shop, so call when you go! ! There was a lot of story, and there were things that I don't see much everyday. I was looking forward to what would come out and my tension was rising all the time lol I used it on my birthday, but I'm glad I was pleased! I will use it again next time!

The exquisite flavor of red vinegar sushi rice and seasonal fish seasoned with kombu seaweed, salt, and flavored soy sauce will melt in your mouth. For a richer taste, you would not eat the sushi here with soy sauce. It is a menu filled with the thoughts of the general who was particular about everything. Courses start at 6,500 yen. If you are a woman, 6500 is enough to fill you up.

This is a sushi restaurant run by the owner who trained in sushi in Kanazawa and Japanese cuisine in Takada, Gifu. Tuna, sea urchin, kinme, saury, swordfish, black-throated fish, whitebait, kueru, etc. are carefully sourced and prepared to match the sushi. There was finger lime and bamboo charcoal salt on top of the kinme. Having trained at a famous Japanese restaurant, the small dishes made with dashi soup are also delicious. You can enjoy more delicious sushi at less than half the price of high-end sushi restaurants in Nagoya. It is located north of the Nagara River in Gifu, far from Gifu Station, but close to the bus stop that runs every 20 minutes. Please try it once.
