Gifu, Japan｜Hatsuzushi Honten

I visited here late at night while sightseeing in Gifu from Osaka. The store was clean and the food was delicious. Speaking of the sushi restaurant owner, he is quiet. There are some restaurants that I find difficult to talk to, but here I had a good conversation with the friendly owner, and I was able to make some great memories. I'm an Osakan who has a culture of eating all I can, and I'm picky about taste and price, but I think I passed the test.
