i went on saturday. I was originally planning to go to the Hoshigaoka store, so I mistakenly thought that it would also open at 11am, so I came here. It was open at 11:30. I thought that I would have to wait outside in the heat, but I was told that I could wait inside the store, which was helpful. I had the jukan prime of the soul. They are all delicious. Miso soup is served on weekdays, so I'd like to go again.
