Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Sushi Ichi

It was my first visit to this amazing sushi bar with my family. My parents in law are patrons of this bar and I’d heard a lot about food before the visit. Every single dish was extremely fresh and well presented to perfection. The chef even got me fresh horse and whale sashimi from the central market of Nagoya in accordance with my request which were absolutely delicious. The chef may be a bit crabby and stubborn as he has a strong passion about his dishes so some people might think he’s rude, though his attitude just stems from one principle that he wants to serve quality food. There is no compromises with this chef. I came back to Japan for the first time in 4 years and it was well worth the visit. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely come back again.

Is this sushi for lunch? Quality. The meat on the upper right is tuna, and the sea urchin, shrimp, and salmon all disappear without leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. “This is what quality seafood tastes like,” said the general. Desserts also maintain high quality 🌸 The strong banana, sweet strawberry, and chocolate cake had a good balance, and I enjoyed it until the end. By all means, next time I would like to try various dishes at dinner 😍

This is a sushi restaurant with a very nice owner and proprietress♪ I stopped by at noon and asked them to hold it for me! This is the first time I've had sushi that doesn't smell fishy at all! ! It's really delicious sushi that disappears in your mouth. To be able to eat this for 3,500 yen... just like a dream sushi! I don't really want to tell you, but this is a sushi restaurant that even people who don't like raw fish should try it out♪
