Amazing experience. Fresh fish and nice people. Highly recommend!

It's about a 2-3 minute walk from Joetsu-Myoko Station. Reservations are required. There isn't much on the menu, but everything is delicious. We also have a wide selection of sake brands that are unique to Niigata. The price is also reasonable.

This restaurant was recommended by a local celebrity, so we had our first meal here when we arrived in Takada. The quality is high overall, including the materials, and the price is modest. Most of the items would cost 2 to 3 times more in Tokyo! I wanted to try a dish made with phantom fish, which I have never heard of in my hometown (Akita). . . Unfortunately, it is out of stock, so I will come back someday!
