I'm very happy to be able to choose my favorite topics. And it’s delicious😋 I was very satisfied with the volume, price, taste, everything. I will go again when I come to Uonuma.

I received the lunch set (1,850 yen) of mini rice bowl + 5 pieces of sushi + miso soup + tempura + chawanmushi. Choose from mini rice bowls such as Negi-Toro-don, Oyako-don, or Mayo Seafood-don. Apparently you can omit the mayo from the seafood bowl, but since I like mayo, I had no hesitation in making the mayo seafood bowl. For 5 pieces of sushi, you can choose from the toppings for lunch. This time, we'll use red meat, white meat (soil), medium fatty tuna, mackerel, and salmon. The ingredients were fresh, especially the white sole, which was firm and elastic and very delicious. The miso soup seems to be made from the heads of sweet shrimp, so you can feel the richness of the shrimp and it is also delicious. Both the tempura and chawanmushi were delicious and I felt that they were carefully made. Although it was small, it also included a mini dessert (milk agar), making it a very satisfying lunch set. The customer service is also very good, and if I ever go to Uonuma City, I would like to go to this store again. By the way, you can also enjoy alcohol at night, and there are also a la carte dishes such as fried chicken that go well with alcohol.
