I have a day off and night shifts this weekend, so I have the afternoon off today. I had lunch at a restaurant that I had always been interested in. The store has an old appearance. Since the store name has the word "Mabou" in it, I ordered the recommended Mabou Dough Yakisoba. The slightly burnt Chinese noodles are topped with a plain but mildly spicy mapo. It's quite delicious. It seems to become addictive.
