I really wanted to eat gyoza, so I looked it up online. It was about a 10 minute walk from Kure Station, so access was good. There were about 10 tables that seated four people, and the owner and staff were very lively. This time I ordered Cantonese stick dumplings, Gomoku fried rice, and a bottle of beer. The gyoza filling also contained shrimp, and although it had a bland taste, it was indescribably delicious and went well with the gyoza at this restaurant. They said the dim sum would be served slowly, but it took less than 15 minutes. I think it's a classic Chinese restaurant that has the triple promise of being fast, cheap, and delicious.
Shrimp mayo and shrimp chili are especially delicious. The ramen is quite thin. Is it pork bone based?
