I had Chinese afternoon tea for 6,780 yen on the 4th floor of Shinagawa Prince Hotel. It was my first time having Chinese afternoon tea, and the dim sum looked beautiful. Furthermore, the appetizers made with high-quality ingredients such as shark fin and abalone are all delicious and quite voluminous. By the way, my favorite is Hedgehog-shaped fried dim sum Not only does it look great, but it also has a crunchy and fragrant outer layer. The inside is a creamy bean paste with a gentle sweetness. The taste was delicious and I was very satisfied. The final Chinese-style parfait, carbonated, is also exquisite. The mango pudding and carbonated water at the bottom went surprisingly well together, and the ice in the glass was actually jelly, giving it an interesting texture.
