I was disappointed that my predecessor retired and I could no longer enjoy the taste of Kouka, but a savior appeared. There may be pros and cons, but I would like to send a shout out to the young people in Osaka and Hyogo who are pioneering new flavors while preserving the taste of their predecessors. The attitude of responding flexibly to the needs of customers is admirable. Personally, Gomoku fried rice, Shanghai yakisoba salt lemon, and tanmen were excellent. Chinese-style fried chicken, gyoza, and ramen are also not to be missed. As an unreasonable request, I would like to eat Himeji Katsudon, Kakogawa Meshi, Osaka Kasu Udon, and Beef Tendon Curry.

Wonton noodles, mapo tofu, gyoza, and gomoku fried rice are my basics. It's soul food.

The fried pork (the one on the Paiko noodles? It seems to be domestic) and the fried rice together are quite delicious. Boiled dumplings are also sticky and nice. It was a shop I wanted to go to if I was nearby.
