Tachikawa, Tokyo, Japan｜Shahoden Granduo Tachikawa

While I was working in Tachikawa, I had time, so I went back to the station and had some food. Tachikawa Station has so many stores, both inside the station and in the station building, that you'll be spoiled for choice, with everything from Japanese, Western, and Chinese creations. It was a very hot day, with the temperature exceeding 30 degrees, and I wanted to eat something cool, so I thought something like hiyashi chuka would be nice, so I came to this restaurant. On the way, when I saw Mr. Chen's shop, there was a long line of people...the spicy scent was intoxicating me...my mood wavered... I wonder if it's hotter on a hot day? When I went to the store, I was surprised! There is, right? Spicy, cold, refreshing and delicious😃 Chilled Dandan noodles😁 Lots of vegetables, good spices, and perfectly chilled noodles with sesame paste! [However, the noodles are so tangled that it's hard to loosen them ~ 😓) It's delicious until the end. Also, I got the soup that I was interested in instead of an appetizer. It's rich and delicious...there's plenty of shark fin, too, and I'm satisfied with it. It would be great if this was served as a filling on yakisoba! Even so, I thought it was delicious 😃 Let’s go again 👍

I've been there about 10 times, but today I had the experience of being surprised by the deliciousness. It's the first time I've ever been surprised. "Sea urchin and shark fin soup" I saw on the tabelog etc. that it seems to be a signature dish, but I have never eaten it because it looks too plain. However, this is a set menu (lunch is served until late, and the small plates are diverse, so you can't help but order) A single item is more delicious. Mapo tofu, drooling chicken... Last time I ordered drooling chicken on a whim, I was satisfied with the spicy horse. I asked him to try it. Take a bite and be amazed at how delicious it is! Sea urchins and shark fins have melted and left no trace The taste is amazing. Very satisfied. Drooling chicken is also delicious as last time. The gomoku soup noodles that looked the most delicious were normal.

The black vinegar sweet and sour pork lunch set was delicious and came with spring rolls. The photo shows stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, but this is also delicious. Chicken soba can be ordered individually and is also delicious. All of them were delicious and I was a big fan of black and sour pork, so I only had about 5 pieces of meat, but it was a single serving and I was satisfied. It also contained Chinese rice cakes and kuwai.
