The store is located at the north exit of Akishima Station on the JR Ome Line, in a corner of Mori Town. I had some business to do in Akishima, so I stopped by for lunch on the way. It is a set lunch that includes fried rice and mapo tofu, and you can choose the type of fried rice. Among the four types, we will choose the most orthodox Yangzhou fried rice. I was able to choose the spiciness of the mapo tofu, but this was normal. The surrounding area was quite crowded. It seems to be popular. Now for fried rice lunch. The fried rice, served fluffy on a flat plate, is more filling than it looks. It's cooked properly in a wok, so it's a nice fried rice with just the right amount of flakiness. Next is mapo tofu. Although it is small in size, it is simmering in a stoneware bowl. An authentic dish with average spiciness, but with the perfect touch of Japanese pepper. If you don't like spicy food, I think it's best not to venture too far. It also comes with egg soup and zha cai, and if it's of this quality, it's a luxurious lunch.

The mapo tofu and tantan noodles were very delicious. The price is reasonable and satisfying.
