Koganei, Tokyo, Japan｜えびす菜館🐾

An amazing ramen feed! It's an authentic, if archaic, noodle restaurant. There is table dining, but it's hard to see from the outside. Don't be fooled by the simplicity of the dishes. The quality of ingredients is superb. The tofu was firm and smooth in the rice dishes. The roast pork チャーシュー was slightly sweet, like real Chinese char siu, and made on site! There is a bus stop nearby. Finally, the prices are amazingly low.

My siblings and I are excited about the upcoming Chinese food season. There are many delicious menus based on the slightly sweet soup made with traditional soy sauce.
