We went around 1ish on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to go as I saw this place on a tv show a few years ago. Wasn’t disappointed at all. The food was really really good. Good portion sizes and they had rugby on the screen too. It wasn’t busy when we went so it was easy I get a seat. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Couldn’t see an English menu though, but well worth trying!

Taipei Hotel is a Taiwanese restaurant located a 3-minute walk from Chofu Station. It has been 33 years since we opened a restaurant in Chofu, inheriting the genealogy of Shinjuku Taipei Hotel, which was founded in 1955. You can enjoy handmade dishes in a bright Taiwanese stall style shop. In addition to classic dishes such as fried rice, pork belly, and chow mein, there are also new menus devised by the owner who is enthusiastic about research. Taipei Hotel is cheap! quick! delicious! It is a shop with all three threats. I visited on Friday around 13:00. There are about 8 groups of seats in the store, and when I went there, it was empty, and there were only 3 groups of people. I ordered a set of soy sauce ramen and boiled dumplings. Unfortunately, on 2023/6/7, it seems that the set price has changed from 880 yen to 980 yen due to soaring raw material and distribution costs. In addition, Ryohei Suzuki was introduced as a familiar shop in the TV program “Bakugai Star Ongaeshi” broadcast on November 19, 2021. Chinese rice bowl is not greasy and delicious! Fried rice is fluffy and delicious! I was thinking of coming here more often from now on, but I was worried that it would become more popular and there would be a line outside.
