More Comments at Google MapThe taste is just delicious. Sichuan people think it is very authentic. The popular hot and sour noodles and delicious beef noodles. Twice I heard Japanese regulars asking for more spiciness. It looks very popular among Japanese customers. The boss is very capable and provides more than a dozen kinds of dishes at noon, including mapo tofu set, twice-cooked pork set, stir-fried chicken gizzards, spring vegetable stir-fried bacon, and saliva chicken. There seems to be Sichuan cold noodles in summer.
You can taste the spiciness of chili peppers and Japanese pepper, the so-called hemp and chili. You can adjust the level of spiciness to your liking, so it's okay even if you have family members or children who don't like spicy food. In fact, the wonton noodles that are not spicy are ridiculously delicious. Since it's a one-off restaurant, you may have to wait a little while, but you'll want to eat it even if you wait. However, it's only open for lunch, so I hope it's open in the evening as well.
I ate the sour and sour flour made by a famous Sichuan restaurant in Setagaya that specializes in Sichuan cuisine. I really like the taste! The spicy taste of Japanese people goes well with the numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper, and the chewy vermicelli goes well with the rich, rich soup. The soup was really delicious and I wanted to drink it all. The staff here is mostly female, and the warm customer service, clean interior, and cute Chinese furniture and miscellaneous goods make you feel like you've come to a Chinese home. This is my favorite restaurant and the most delicious in Setagaya Ward, Kyodo and Gotokuji. I want it to spread even more without losing!
