The best Chinese I’ve ever had in Tokyo. A small place in a quiet residential area. The food is lovingly made by one chef, each dish is super fresh with great ingredients. They also have a daily special menu which is just so good. Also the cost is sublime, you can eat like a king for a reasonable price!

Visited around 12:40 on a holiday in December 2022. 1 person waiting outside. In the store in 5 minutes to wait. The layout has about 5 counter seats and 2 tables. Ordered 850 yen for black vinegar-flavored chicken nanban from the lunch menu. It is completed in about 7 minutes to wait. Tartar with plenty of large fried chicken. You will be thrilled with the magnificent sense of volume. Put plenty of tartar on it and bite into it. The smell of chicken rises up, the umami of the meat oozes out, and the sourness of the black vinegar and the richness of the tartar cover it. While chasing that with rice, I also think that it would be more suitable for a highball. It is very fragrant whether there is ingenuity in the way of frying. The rice is also strangely delicious. Almond tofu for dessert is served after 70% of the meal is finished. Torofuyu has a smooth texture and a slightly rough texture of ground seeds. It must be homemade. I think it's troublesome to wait for customers to eat their food while watching how they are eating, but I think it's because they want customers to eat it cold. I would like to try the mapo tofu next time. When I left the store, there were about 10 people in line.

Visited for lunch. It seems that there is a standard menu and a weekly menu. This time, I had mochi pork dumplings stir-fried in black vinegar. It's very delicious and the amount is enough and I'm very satisfied! I think that cost performance is the best because it does not cost 1000 yen with this. By the way, the standard (probably) mapo tofu seems to be fairly spicy, but if you don't like spicy food, you can tell them when you order and they will adjust it for you.
