I went to Minami Shinka, a Chinese restaurant at Haneda Airport, for lunch. It was around lunchtime and everywhere was crowded, so I happened to go into a restaurant where I thought I could get in without lining up, but I was right. I received the shrimp gomoku ankake yakisoba set, and all the ingredients were perfectly cooked. The shrimp are plump and the squid is soft. Also, the noodles are delicious. The noodles themselves are delicious, the texture varies depending on how well you grill them, and all the ingredients are perfectly cooked. I learned a lot. It was a great meal that I want to recreate at home.

Chinese restaurant. I went here for lunch because there was relatively little line, and the ramen and ankake yakisoba were delicious. Although the price is high, the quantity is also reasonable.
