An elegant restaurant, with carefully prepared dishes. Chinese adapted to the Japanese palette. The spring rolls are crunchy, without being oily. Most dim sum dishes are yummy. Top it off with fried rice which is full of natural flavor. The decor is dazzlingly red (perhaps a bit too much so), but seats are comfortable. The service is just as attentive and exceptional as you might expect in Japan. Highly recommended.

Here for a Family celebration dinner tonight and the food was sensational. We ate from the A La Carte menu - Every dish was amazing.

I went to China Room, which I had been interested in for a while. I chose the cheapest dinner course and was completely satisfied. The steamed shrimp and yellow chive wrapped in yuba is really delicious and I think it's probably only available here. The fried garlic fried xiaolongbao and cutlassfish are also quite delicious. The corn, edamame, and chicken black pepper fried rice was delicious, but unfortunately it wasn't to my taste. I would like to go to the lunch buffet next time. Parking was available at the Grand Hyatt parking lot.
