I've been here many times and the dim sum is really good. I'm not from Hong Kong, but I grew up with excellent dim sum in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and this place is solid. The lo po gao (turnip cake), har gao, siu mai, and some other dim sum favorites of mine are delicious. The staff is also very nice and treat my 3 year old son very kindly. The price is slightly high, but there aren't many dim sum places around so it's totally worth going once in a while for me.

Finally a delicious dim sum restaurant came to kagrazaka!!
