Added November 2022 I got the seafood soup soba. It was ok to specify hard noodles. The noodles themselves are delicious. very. Of course, the wheat flavor is there, but the subtle flattened shape of about 4 to 3 creates a change in the texture of the edge. I want to buy this noodle on a regular flight. . The soup is light and light, yet rich in umami, so you won't feel unsatisfactory. Shrimp, squid, cloud ear mushrooms, green vegetables, bamboo shoots, king oyster mushrooms, and carrots are a variety of ingredients, and they are well-balanced and fresh. Top notch tsuyu soba. It was nice to have a smile on the customer's sister. ----- Added in October 2022 I got Katsura Shunyu noodles (1600 yen). I was able to specify the firmness of the noodles. It is described as our store's original tsuyu soba, and I ordered it as an adventure... It was a muddy soup with the impression that the soup was all ankake rather than ankake. The taste itself is very delicious, but Ryukotei's delicious noodles are wrapped in heavy bean paste, killing all the texture of the noodles. regret.... Ramen, gomoku soup soba lovers can not recommend much. ----- Googlemap says it's affordable, but Gomoku Tsuyu Soba is 1600 yen, which is closer to Hotel Chuka than Machi Chuka. I was surprised at the high degree of perfection of the gomoku tsuyu soba (order for hard noodles). The soup and noodles are as good as gomoku tsuyu soba at first-class hotel Chinese restaurants such as Hoshigaoka and Toukarin. The ingredients are so-so, but I think this content is good because it is reflected in the price. The noodles are slightly flattened thin noodles that emphasize the texture of the edges and pick up the soup well. The soup is not too salty and elegant, but the sharpness of the soy sauce and the umami of the soup stock are all over the place, making it a beautiful yet lingering taste. The store clerk was an expressionless customer service who didn't smile (on the contrary, he was a little dissatisfied...) I was a little nervous. If there is a little more amiability, it may become a shop that truly enters a first-class hotel.
I ate mapo tofu in a clay pot from the lunch menu. The spiciness was just right and it was delicious ^ ^ I ended up eating two bowls because I was free to refill the rice😊 A shop I want to go to again!
