Here is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Tokyo. The signature is Mapo-Tofu and Dangdang noodle. If you go here on weekends, I would recommend to visit here at 11AM on time cause it might be difficult to have seats.

Sichuan cuisine ``Kagurazaka Shiran'' is located in Hide and Seek Alley, which is full of the atmosphere of Kagurazaka. Even on holidays, you can enjoy mapo tofu and other items on the lunch menu, so it's recommended. This time, I tried the popular "dandan noodles without soup". The flavors of pine nuts and various other spices are well balanced and delicious. The noodles were straight thin noodles that matched perfectly. Paper aprons are available upon request. There are also three types of mapo tofu, so you can enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine.
