I come 2-3 times a year This is my favorite store for a long time. It's delicious no matter what you eat My favorites are Meat Umani Soba and Bean Sprout Soba. This is Gomoku Soba. Meat Umani Soba with plenty of toppings I love the crunchiness of stir-fried Chinese cabbage. The meat is coated with potato starch and has a thick layer around it. It's ankake ramen so you can eat it piping hot till the end. Chinese cabbage becomes delicious in the cold season. This is a recommended menu as it is very warming. The inside of the store is clean and tidy, and there are counter seats, so it's okay even for a single woman.

For me, this is an orthodox town Chinese restaurant. There's nothing fancy about the taste, no matter what you order, and the atmosphere where the food is delivered one after another. I think the word "everyday" is perfect. Today is Gomoku soba. It is unusual to have Datemaki as a member of the ingredients. But everything is so harmonious that you can't help but feel euphoric. It's one of the stores I always want to go to.
