If you are not sure what to order, you will be told that there is a grand menu, but there is also a menu posted on the wall that you can order from. After placing a verbal order, the food was served in about 7 minutes. The kitchen and the audience seats are not connected, so we had to go outside and then serve the food. The double-pot meat bowl is piled high on a ramen bowl, and has more double-cooked meat than rice for a nice balance. This is a normal amount, so it's a pretty nice point. The rich miso-flavored, tender pork, the large-cut crispy cabbage, and the colorful peppers combine to create an outstanding flavor! It was perfect because I was in the mood for hotpot meat. It was freshly made and piping hot, so I continued eating it with tears in my eyes. The ramen is small, so it comes in a bowl that looks like a bowl of rice in a local Chinese restaurant. The amount of noodles is not that much, but since the double-pot meat bowl is large, it's just right. The ingredients are simple, just seaweed and green onions, and the chicken bones come out nicely for this delicious soy sauce ramen. I slurped it instead of soup. We took turns eating and finished eating. I didn't have a large serving of rice, but I was pretty full. Although the restaurant is cluttered, I was able to enjoy hearty Chinese food served by friendly staff. The lunch menu here has the best value for money. For menu items such as chicken miso bowl, mapo bowl, and Chinese bowl, you need to eat less rice or you will end up with a flat stomach. The half ramen that comes with the set is simple but feels like nostalgic Chinese noodles.
