The dumplings are crispy and juicy, and the ramen is deep and refreshing. It was delicious like no other. Appetizers include Akita's famous junsai, Akita's natto, and iburi-gakko. From Adachi Ward? The unique edamame was delicious. The storefront is bright and modern with glass walls. There is a liquor store attached, so new beer and sake are available. The landlady's attention was also refreshing.

My expectations were betrayed in a good way. The exterior looks like a Chinese restaurant, but when I ordered the soy sauce ramen (rich type), I found that it was different from the so-called traditional soy sauce ramen. It was ramen. The char siu was cooked very carefully and had a texture that melted into pieces, but the meat was grilled at the end to bring out the flavor, which was an elaborate job. I came from Yokohama for some reason, and I felt like I had gotten a great deal when I found out that the store I wandered into was of such high quality. This is a store that I highly recommend.
