More Comments at Google MapIt's Taiwanese food x Chinese food○. Personally, I like pure Chinese food, which doesn't have the sweet taste of Taiwanese food. Mapo tofu is especially recommended, but the flavor varies slightly depending on the day, so it's best to ask for a stronger flavor. It's a shame that the cost performance of the Tenjin style and some of the menu items has deteriorated due to the price increase, but the taste is still delicious, so I hope they do their best!
A shop located between Akabane and Shimo. The store clerk was very nice, and I ate pork motsu hot pot and fried rice with bean paste, but both were very delicious and a big hit. The fried rice had a gentle taste, and you could feel the texture of the grains of rice in the toro. The hot pot is just the right amount of spiciness, and the pork motu melts in your mouth. I thought it would be nice to have a little more volume for a man, but it was a very satisfying taste. I have revisited for dinner, but all the other menus are delicious. Spring rolls, revanilla, boiled dumplings, fried rice, and anything else you can enjoy. You can tell it's cooked with care. It is a shop that we can recommend with confidence.
It's delicious anyway! I have the impression that there are always customers, but if it's full, it's a little empty, so I don't think you can't get in even if you go. It feels like it takes about 10 minutes after ordering the food, and even if you order multiple dishes, the order will arrive one after another. The store clerk speaks Japanese well and is quite friendly. The recommended dish is the Taiwan Mazesoba, where the raw egg is tightly entwined with the noodles. The noodles are chewy and thick, and contain green onions (?) and Chinese chives for a spicy taste. Fried rice is crispy, but moist and oily and delicious. Since the rice is small, I thought it would be easy for air to enter and oil to get involved. It seems that takeout is also accepted for a large serving of fried rice, ramen, etc. for an additional 300 yen. I thought it would be possible to take out if I ordered it and left it. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from JR Akabane, but the shop is located right after you pass through the shopping street, so you should be able to arrive sooner than you think. There are various Chinese restaurants, but this restaurant was delicious overall.
