Toshima City, Tokyo, Japan｜Joe's Shanghai

This is my second time visiting Joe’s in Tokyo. First Ginza and now this one in Ikebukuro. Ginza one is definitely newer and nicer in interior. Tho this one got a view and the service is way better at this location. Food is great in both place. Since the view is great, this is good for a date. They have private room and booth too so it’s good in big group situation too.

We are pretty satisfied with our lunch here, xiaolongbao was up to the expectation, really good amount of soup in there, taste was also great. I ordered the mapo tofu lunch set, tofu actually tasted pretty authentic, good level of spicy and mala

The name of this restaurant is Joe's Shanghai! Not Jaws Shanghai. One of my favourite and arguably the best Chinese restaurant in Tokyo! Only comes there in lunch time because the lunch cost is very friendly. The taste of the foods are perfect! Tan tan men and xiao long bao are my recommendation. The view from upper level of Sunshine 60 is also beautiful.
