Best tantanmen I have ever eaten. Lovely flavor of toasted cashews added extra depth to the already richly complex broth. Amazing food all around.

I went to the sister store of Fanfan, a famous mapo tofu restaurant in Shin-Osaka that is so popular that it has been interviewed on TV 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️ It's smaller than the Shin-Osaka restaurant, but there's a counter so it's easy to have lunch for one person😊🙌 Of course, you can also try the signature menu mapo tofu at this shop❣️ It was my first time here, so I wasn't sure whether to try the mapo tofu... Attracted by the fact that it is only available on weekdays, I ordered the chicken paitan Chinese porridge set🥺!! ️ The main dish is chicken soup porridge, dim sum, condiments, soup, and desserts.😆💕 Moreover, you can get free refills of the porridge 🥹✨️ I often eat white rice, but I'm grateful to be able to get a second helping of porridge😳😳 The chicken hot water porridge has a gentle taste, and the ginger on top gives it a tangy accent! I’m so happy that it also contains chicken 🥰 If you keep eating while changing the taste with condiments, you will never get tired of eating it 🥺🩷 All of the dim sum is juicy, especially the xiaolongbao, which is overflowing with meat juice~🤤 It was great to be able to eat a variety of different types ☺️ The soup is a thick egg soup that is sure to be delicious🎶 It was great to have dessert at the end😚💕 The mini size is just right❣️ It was a popular restaurant that was almost full during lunch time and more and more people came. I'm interested in other lunch menus, so I'd like to go again soon 😋

I was originally planning to go to the main store in Shin-Osaka, but I gave up after seeing the long line... However, I wanted to eat mapo tofu, so I looked around the area, found a sister restaurant, and headed there immediately. There was no waiting time and I was guided straight into the store. The mapo tofu was amazing, it was rich and flavored with Japanese pepper, and it was very delicious. It's no wonder there's a long line for lunch. If you don't like waiting in line at the main store, we recommend this store.
